The lady who did my treatment was very rough. She didn't have any care nor gentleness while washing and drying my hair. Yes my hair got washed, but I go to the hairdresser also to have a pleasant experience, and in this case it wasn't. I've paid more than in other places to get a worse experience, so unfortunately I'll not go back here.
