Unfortunately my shellac manicure was not a great experience.
First of all, the cuticles were not pushed back, resulting in a scruffy finish at the nail bed. Secondly, the shape of my nail is not what I specified, and I ended up with shorter nails than anticipated. Thirdly, the colour of the shellac is inconsistent, and almost looks gradient from the base/cuticle of my nails to the ends and it was painted over the cuticle which it shouldn’t be. The overall experience seemed very unprofessional
