This was by far the worst waxing treatment ever. Waxing lady could not manage to peel the hot wax of evenly, resulting in stripping the hot wax off in small pieces instead of stripping it off in one go. Obviously this resulted in tremendous painful waxing experience. When asking her why she did not strip the wax off in one go, she told me that I was not letting her, which was the greatest nonsense ever, since i was reacting on her painful amateurish attempt to peel of the wax which she was not able to remove in one go. Nevertheless I am not that difficult, if the pain would have resulted in a smooth clean wax I would have forgiven the horrendous waxing experience. However, when I arrived home and checked everything, I noticed some missed spots. These were not just some single hairs which I can easily forgive. The hairs left demonstrated their lack of waxing skills, no eyes to detail and just plain negligence. I have been to many different waxing salons. This salon gave me by far the worst waxing experience ever.

I really needed a pedicure and seen they had a last minute booking. The whole treatment was lovely, relaxing and done properly, she did a great job on my toes and the shellac was applied well. Would recommend and will be going again. Also good value for money.
