Hair cut was less than 10 minutes. When I asked for more feather like my inspo pic stylist was so hesitant to add more, giving so many excuses to the point I didn’t feel confident in asking her to continue with the haircut so I just accepted what she said.
She didn’t sanitise any of the combs etc… between the haircut took the broom out and did not even wash hands before handling my hair again.
She was nice but genuinely a bad experience.
