I booked the full body waxing package and at no point was it made clear that it was only limited to arms, legs and bikini rather than the full body including back and front. Maybe this is obvious to others, but certainly wasn’t to me and was not what was described under the Treatwell description.I had to pay extra £15 just for the stomach which I felt was excessive. Overall location was convenient, quality of products was good, staff was friendly but the lack of clarity on the service I purchased kind of spoilt my experience a little bit.

Hair wash was bad, felt like I was her first customer, got water in my eye and she didn’t know how to massage my head while soaping my hair and used very cold water.
The hair cut was fine, just wish she would use some protection for my hair before blow drying it.
