I like coming here to do my hair, Maryam is very good, she always give me lots of tips and suggestions. She is very nice and friendly. I will certainly come back again!

BURNT MY FOOT! Rough cuticle work They burnt my foot with the heat lamp, tried to deny it even though there was a mark and the area was hot, then tried forcing non sterile aloe Vera gel on me (not the correct response to a contact burn- massively increases risk of infection) wanted to get out as quick as possible, no discount offered, paid and when I got home it was painful and discovered that my baby toe was only half painted and the rest of the nails smudged (may have been due to the heat lamp being dragged over my nails before it being turned on). I returned asked to speak to the manager, not in to speak. Explained that contact burn aside the pedicure wasn’t even right - to which I was told “you booked an express pedicure” apparently if you book an express pedicure they won’t bother painting your nails properly.... or providing even correct first aid.
