Awful! Firstly the woman doing my nails was running 15 mins late, then they didn't have the colour I chose, wasting more time. She then made two of my fingers bleed and spent the most part blaming me for it. I was extremely close to walking out. Never have I had such a bad service.

I turned up a little early and was prepared to wait but it felt like I had massively inconvenienced them by being early. I was also told I had tiny nail beds and sweaty hands, not a nice experience.

Probably one of the best blow dry of my life (and I get one once a week) the place isn’t that clean or modern, but the staff is really good
