The staff here are so so lovely. Unfortunately however my manicure was a bit of a disaster, not done very well with a lumpy / creased finish that came nowhere near my cuticles making it look like I have 2 week-old shellac on. I did ask at the time for it to be corrected and the lady v.kindly re-did one hand but I must admit I still wasn't at all impressed with the finish, probably could have painted it better myself which was disappointing.
Pedicure was fine although I did bleed from one toe slightly. I also noticed as I was leaving that there were stray toenail clippings around the sinks.
Such a shame as like I say the staff were really lovely and welcoming and they have a great selection of colours of varnish!
