This review is mixed. I originally visited the salon with a friend of mine for a relaxing "pampering" day (mani and pedi). We had an okay time but were disappointed by the quality as her manicure was "bubbled" and both of our pedicures got ruined by our socks as we left - must not have dried properly.
Now the great thing about this is that we wrote to let the salon know that this had happened, sent in photos and explained about our day and the owner, Maryam, was fantastic at trying to remedy it for us! She apologized and immediately offered to have us both come back in and have our nails redone. On that side of things, I have to say that their customer service is fantastic!
We then went back in and you could tell they paid us special attention. Both manicurists were aware of the situation and gave special care to ensuring we were happy. We were both impressed. However, despite all of their good will and being so accommodating and generous, we left and got home only to find the same thing had occurred on both of our pedicures - socks had left full imprints in the polish and even rubbed it off down to the natural nail bed in some cases.
