I got a loose perm, I was happy with it but my hair is quite long and it didn't take on some of the ends. I went back in and Maryam gave me advice and decided the best thing would be to give it more of a trim which she did for free, insisting she wanted me to be happy with it. It really helped and looks great now!

5 minutes before starting they called me and told me they won’t be able to fix my nail properly because the girl of the nails was late. After that, they told me to go so they could check the nail, I went, they just applied nails glue to my nail to keep it in the place and charged me 5,50£. Next day the nail fell, so I paid for nothing.
