My nail technician Anna was really quiet and I am quite a talkative person. So it was a bit awkward at times. I couldn’t really understand her half the time when she was speaking, the English isn’t great. I really liked the fact I was offered tea and coffee although it came half way through the session. I feel as though she had forgotten about it and remembered half way through. I am very precise person so I have to have my nails a certain way and it has to be straight. But Anna had said it’s because my finger/nail is not straight. Where as I’ve never had that issue before with other nail stores, I like to travel and try new places, so I didn’t like the fact I had to explain myself,made me feel uncomfortable. I had to have my acrylics removed twice because it wasn’t straight. I am paying quite some money for perfection not for mistakes. And I had started bleeding to, she had cleaned this but it carried on bleeding. Maybe be a bit gentler next time. I spoke to the nail artist on the right side of me named Jessica and she seemed much more nicer and chilled and easy to talk to; whilst I was speaking to the other customer to. Over all I would come again, but maybe another nail technician next time . And please post online you accept cards because it does not state that .
