After booking via Treatwell the day before, I arrived to find that manicures had just started on 2 other customers. Another girl arrived at the same time as me, and I think was in the same situation. After waiting 10 minutes and not being spoken to by staff, I told them I was going to find somewhere else. They said they would be ready in 10 minutes but there’s no way they would have finished what they were doing in that time and I didn’t want them to rush the other girls’ manicures (or rush mine if someone else arrived for their pre-booked appointment while I was being seen at the ‘wrong’ time).
