Very happy with my highlights colour. The lady (with pick hair) did a great job explaining the colour outcomes which could be achieved with different toners and gave me plenty of time to choose the colour I wanted. The only downside was that the venue was freshly cleaned with bleach so all I could smell was bleach! Otherwise highly recommend, thank you 😊

They need more staff/a receptionist as my treatment kept being interrupted due to dealing with other customers. Nail chipped after 2 days
