the wax wasn't amazing but did the job for a last-minute booking. there were a couple of areas that were missed and the therapist didn't seem very experienced. i could definitely tell the difference in quality compared to the normal place I go to. i highly doubt I will be returning anytime soon.

Cosy and clean room for waxing. Natly did her best to minimise the pain by insisting I press down on my abdomen while she waxes. She got most of the hair out but upon closer inspection at home I found there were still fine hairs that were missed by the wax around my clitoris that I had to tweeze out myself. I am still quite pleased with my Hollywood but it would've been better if she had taken the time to remove the fine remaining hairs.
