The hair treatment was fantastic, nails were not unfortunately. Firstly, the manicure was dry, so when my cuticles were being cut and started bleeding the owner put alcohol on I believe to stem it and continued. I experienced tenderness in my nails and cuticles with pink sore flesh around for the next few days. When I rang about my concerns, she told me that my nails were sensitive pretty much hence her being more “gentle” and sorry, that was it. No accountability at all.
