Really disappointing visit.
I have been coming to get my face threaded here for 6 months. Always had a great experience. Session was booked for 30min for full face of threading. The beautician was working on a nail client when I arrived. Took 7 minutes to roughly thread my face and then returned to her original client.
I had to ask her to slow down as my skin caught in the thread she was going so fast and raised welts. Did not shape my brows. Did not fully thread my face. Really upsetting.
