Not hygienic at all. The do your wax on top of a blanket with wax bits from previous clients stuck to it. The wax is too hot. Very painful experience when usually it’s not that painful in other places.

Lady doing treatment was lovely, however unfortunately the gel quality wasn’t great (quite transparent), various bits of my nail were missed, and going to have to give my heels a scrub myself at home! Others in the salon having hair treatments seemed happy with them but wouldn’t recommend for a pedicure

The atmosphere was a bit awkward. She was really sweet. But when I first arrived the door was locked and it looked closed then someone came out from the back to open and let me in. I feel like because they were so worried about closing on time. My apt was at 5:30. I arrived at 5:20 and they close at 7 pm. Yet it seemed to have been an issued. I’ve been able to get mani and pedi in the past with no problem with in a hour and a half. And everything dry in time. I came home & everything was ruined.
