I came here first because it was quite close by. Yes the decor is a bit outdated but It’s no frills haircut, the staff are very friendly. I think I’m getting the hang of which hairdresser is suited to which kind of hairstyle I like so I can pick and choose accordingly, but so far I’ve been happy except for the one time when I didn’t really get the cut I wanted. Love the ease of booking through treatwell, helps as I usually book last minute and Mariams had always been accommodating to that.

Threading was very efficient, but rather painful (which I was expecting!). However the person threading wasn’t the most welcoming, and spilt antibacterial gel on me (which is used as cooling gel). Efficiency is paramount I suppose
