I cost me 10 pounds to get a patch test done. That's insane! 10 pounds for 2 small dabs of product behind my ears that only took 30 seconds. When I was done and went to pay I was informed at the till that it would be 20 pounds more as she used 3 x toner. To bombard the client at the till point yet again is very explotive. My actual bayalage is nice, however thinking of how I was conned out of additional money is upsetting. The underhanded approach is appalling.

The whole studio was beautifully decorated and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Reetu was kind and had a love for detail and precision. I will definitely be back.
