This wasn't a terrible wax but neither was it one of the best. It was a hot wax underarm and the wax was removed quite slowly which has meant that quite a few of the hairs have broken so I will need to have another wax much sooner than usual.

A friendly neighbourhood salon, which offers pretty good value for money. Unfortunately, the day I visited, a small child was getting their hair cut, and would not stop crying/screaming. This couldn't be helped, and to be fair, the lady doing the job tried her best. The shellac manicure was relaxing, but I was disappointed with the shaping of my nails - they were SO wonky and not uniform! I had to finish the job myself as I was not leaving with mismatched nails. The eyebrow wax was okay - the ends of my brows were slightly mismatched, but the threading was efficient - my therapist clearly knew what she was doing there. All in all, a mixed visit - might just stick with the threading next time.
