I've never had a Brazilian wax done in the UK. I changed my service to Hollywood since that means everything. I usually go to European Wax Center which uses hard strip less wax. After the second time, it's usually painless. This hot wax was definitely more painful. Even after using the cream wax for cleanup, there were still some leftovers. The employee who helped me was so nice. I might have been happier with a different type of waxing technique.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, however I'm not sure if it was my difficulty explaining or their difficulty understanding but I was left with a hair cut I didn't particularly like and a blow dry where my hair felt flat as before. The shampoo used made my hair very matted and I had to have my hair brushed to be pulled straight (not sure how much hair I lost). I feel the experience could have been improved if the stylist had simply explained what was happening not after it had been done (like after that shampoo was used it was mentioned I probably shouldn't have had it because my hair had been previously highlighted).
