Had to wait 20mins after my pre-booked appointment time to be seen by the therapist, which has happened before. All-in-all great value for a professional hollywood wax so is my go-to beauty parlour!

My nails are lovely and the technician has made a lovely job. However, all staff seemed so miserable and clearly were unhappy with their employment here, making several comments. Perhaps the owner needs to think about employee engagement before everyone leaves?
