Unfortunately my shellac manicure was not a great experience.
First of all, the cuticles were not pushed back, resulting in a scruffy finish at the nail bed. Secondly, the shape of my nail is not what I specified, and I ended up with shorter nails than anticipated. Thirdly, the colour of the shellac is inconsistent, and almost looks gradient from the base/cuticle of my nails to the ends and it was painted over the cuticle which it shouldn’t be. The overall experience seemed very unprofessional

They were very punctual, the place is clean and my beautician was great.
The only thing to keep in mind before you go (if you choose the option to pay at the venue) is that they don't accept credit cards so make sure to bring cash.
