Hairdresser was late. I was seated, with wet hair, next to the front entrance door (even though all other seats were empty). Very cold, strong draft. Assistant took over 5 minutes just to get my hair wet, my hair is shoulder length. Hairdresser was unprofessional, did not seem to understand how to cut hair. End result, I’ve seen dogs with much nicer haircuts.

Not the best massage I've ever had. Not the worst either. The room was tiny and seem like a random back room. Her technique was off. Example what was done on one side was not repeated on the other. The pressure was not consistent.
