Hair wash was bad, felt like I was her first customer, got water in my eye and she didn’t know how to massage my head while soaping my hair and used very cold water.
The hair cut was fine, just wish she would use some protection for my hair before blow drying it.

The staff were all very nice and the salon is fine but my bikini line was left quite wonky! The waxing itself was also more painful than usual.
