My previous experience was good at this place, hence I returned for the second time. However this time the wax was way too hot and I felt like it really burnt my skin. I’ve told the therapist many times that it’s too hot however she insisted that the wax can’t be too hot and that my skin was just sensitive. I had to go home and run my skin in cold water and apply aloe vera gel.
