Aweful gel removal and file. Still so much gel on my nails so I will need to have it done again. Shape of nails was also very bad and uneven, had to redo them myself.

Second time I’ve been here and again excellent service, manicure - she took her time and was incredibly thorough, asking if I was okay with shape, polish colour etc. Delight!
