Firstly I would like to say that even though it didn’t turn out what I asked for the staff really tried their best to fix the mistake. I asked for a specific balayage colour with Dark an light tones and showed the picture to Maryam who went through everything. With me and I was satisfied she knew what I wanted. However she wasn’t there when I got here and through miscommunication the stylist discoloured my hair wrong and i was left with a lot of orange parts in my hair. However they did fix it for me the next day. Really Lovely team
