I booked a treatment in this salon because it said on the app that they used a particular brand. It turned out that they didn’t, so I asked about the brands they had, but the owner was convinced I was worried about the quality, and threatened to cancel my appointment if I wasn’t happy, kept telling me how great the brand they used was and wouldn’t let it go. Then repeatedly told me to give a good review for them in the app.. As it turned out, their brand didn’t have the properties I was after, so that was disappointing.. also disappointing was the actual manicure which chipped as soon as I left, but I couldn’t face going back in.
