Paid £38.50 for an olaplex hair treatment because my hair is breaking after bleaching it. Stylist told me I should keep it on for 40 minutes to make the most out of it. However, 10 minutes later she starts washing it off. I asked her why and she said because she realised she had another client coming soon... very annoyed that I did not get much value for money out of this treatment. I will have to pay another £40 to get it done properly elsewhere.
