Maryam was absolutely brilliant! My hair was exactly what I wanted. I was lucky enough that Maryam also had time to do a brow threading as well as hair, and my brows were the best they’ve ever been.

There was no communication, the hairstylist cut my bangs without asking if I’m okay with the length, the bangs were too short and nothing like the picture I showed, she didn’t ask how I part my hair before cutting, so now my bangs are uneven, and she didn’t ask how I wanted the blowdry - when I told her I don’t like it, she was aggressive and made excuses, she offered to cut it more but I didn’t want her touching my hair after how she acted, I left unsatisfied with the result and communication.
