Firstly, I was told my appointment would be with the owner, Meryem. Unfortunately, she was not at the salon. I was working with Elli, who did not stop to listen to what I wanted and did not add any layers to my hair. She dyed it black instead of dark brown. She seemed to know only one hairstyle and I felt like she refused to listen to me. I am disappointed to have paid £63 for a haircut that I hate.

Had a great time with Eli, all i really knew I wanted was something less boring and she gave me a fantastic cut that has gotten me many compliments since. Will definitely be returning. very glad I went
