Useless hair color. I came to die my hair blue and cover my white hairs. Farah didn't prepare my hair to receive the color, once she put the color she didn't let soak and absorb even for a minute before starting washing it. I have never gotten my hair die in 30 minutes, typically it takes 1 hour and half. So at the end there are several patches of white hair wasn't even covered, and the blue color is very faint. I'm not sure if they are always this bad or it's just with men. I won't be back

Disappointed as they dyed my roots black, which contrasts my light brown base and blond highlights. Irony is that I started going there so they can help my colour lighten and become more homogeneous-which they did initially, only to ruin it later.
