Cut and dry turned out nice, however would’ve expected a warmer welcome especially towards a new customer. I entered and was not noticed for a few mins because the woman was busy on her phone, and then she barely said anything to me, only spoke briefly to discuss the cut (where she was almost refusing to go as short as I wanted). Perhaps she was just having a bad day, but I didn’t really feel comfortable or welcomed. No heat protection used and my hair kept getting yanked during the drying.

Cut and blow dry was good but I would say hygiene was lacking in that the brushes hadn’t been cleaned & they were wrapped in hair and combs had hair on too
