I was booked with Shayma having discussed my haircut needs with her but when I attended she had been off for a while but I was not informed. haircut was ok, but would have preferred to have been notified first.

miriam&shayma r lovely bt customer service severely lacking. once booked shayma for haircut turned up to find she wasn't there for a while. today took time off to attend for wax only to be told come back tomorrow as no one there to do. not happy.
