The shop was very quiet when I was in - so i was taken within 5 minutes of arriving. I am easily pleased when it comes to my hair - but I Had a great cut - as I was getting at least 5/6 inches cut off. I will be back

The stylist didn't use scissors to cut my hair but thinning shears, didn't trim my fringe or tidy up the hair round my ears and neck properly. Bad communication was the main problem as the stylist didn't have a good enough command of English

I had my lash lift 3 days ago and ever since my eyes have been red, irritated and swollen. They got dye around my eye and scrubbed at my eye to get it off, so much so I’m worried that permanent damage has been done to the skin under my eye.
