The lash lift I got here has lift my eyelashes both damaged and over curled. They are singed in places, and have kinks so are sitting at strange angles. It’s been over three weeks and I’m not able to apply mascara. They weren’t apologetic at all, offered no advice on how to fix them and it took me over three weeks to get them to give me a refund - which took a lot of back and forth on my end. Do not recommend.

Very professional, accommodating, Mary was lovely, very helpful, staff were also lovely. Love my lashes, lasted longer than they would normally which is always a plus! Will definitely recommend & be back! x
