Therapist never washed her hands. Which I would be ok with but she kept leaning with her hands on my face, my lips, my eye. Even after highlighting this, she kept doing it. Lashes were massive, not a classic look I'm used to. She used clusters of lashes, it wasn't 1:1 what it should be. I wanted to check on the lashes during proceedure but she didn't let me. Therapist kept talking with other stuff in foreign language, which made me uncomfortable as I had a feeling they talked about me.

Did not enjoy. Some of my hair extensions got pulled out when she dried my hair. Also really expensive for extras like curling my hair. Was disappointed.

The waxing was itself fine but the underarm wax left a brown tint which hasn’t come off in days. It looks like a burn mark. I’m hoping it fades away soon
