My first time visiting the salon and I’m so pleased I went there. My blow dry is outstanding. So straight and natural.Nails are amazing. A great selection of colours and such a nice shape and length. My eyebrows are perfect. I went away a very happy lady! Would definitely recommend this salon to all. Great value for money and really appreciated the drink. Thank you. See you soon

My treatment was rushed as they double booked themselves and she was having to do both of us at the same time. She was rushing and very rough with the tools causing 2 fingers to bleed at the cuticle. Throughout the treatment my fingers were in pain from the bleeding. She blamed my cuticles growing which has never happened before. When expressing concerns of potential infection, she gaslit me despite visible bleeding and swelling. She used shared tools on the bloodied areas which isn’t hygienic.

Tried to overcharge me. I had booked a child’s cut for my 11 year old daughter was told it would be £15. So I paid online when making the booking. Arrived at the hairdresser, who progressed to cut my daughters hair and only after she finished told me I had to pay the difference as she wasn’t a child and was charging me £27 - almost double the agreed price. I had to fight and argue to get them to uphold their initial price. Haircut wasn’t that great.
