Terrible haircut, the hairdresser does not know how to cut, I asked her to do a straight cut, and it ended up being done with a man's razor, the level of hair is like a wave. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the hairdresser, if I had the opportunity to get my money back, I would take it.

The most horrible experience I’ve had in a salon in my whole life. My eyes have never stung so much in my life during an eyelash extension removal, it was painful and she didn’t even seem to care. She started ripping my eyelashes out before the glue had even started dissolving resulting in my natural lashes being destroyed and now i’m embarrassed to leave the house without strip lashes 👍

My appointment was cancelled for this venue by email with less than 24 hours notice (which customers have to give) and no explanation. I booked this appt on Treatwell with four days notice and on further investigation was advised the staff are on holiday. This is very poor management in my opinion, the treatment I booked required a patch test which I have attended for. So much time and inconvenience for nothing. Would not book here again.
Only one poor woman there trying to take care of everything herself. She said herself that her English wasn't great and we definitely had some communication issues. I paid for a wash, blow dry and cut for my daughter and received a very fast dry hair cut. And although, I booked for brow lamination she wasn't trained. I don’t blame her at all. I think that the shop is poorly ran. The day before school starts and one woman by herself trying to take care of hair and beauty!

This was my first time doing a hollywood wax treatment so I was a little nervous. Mary was great at helping me feel relaxed (we chatted and laughed at times), a warm lady with very good technique! Pricewise very good as well. I’d go back again!
