Arrived for my appointment on time and was told that someone would see me shortly. I waited for over 30 mins before someone finally came to explain that I still needed to wait. Despite providing reference picture depicting how other beauticians have done my brows, this was not followed. I would have been satisfied with a clean up, however half my brows were completely threaded off. Uneven, missing hair and worse than when I arrived.

My first and last visit here! Awful experience having a pedicure. They managed to take off part of the side of my big toe when filing away hard skin which left me in pain and bleeding. There was some apology but there was no discount or voucher to come back again to show they were sorry for causing me distress and leaving me walking out limping after what should have been a relaxing pedicure!
