Martina is a friendly, smiley person. She has introduced more variety to her massage strokes since last time I saw her. She should keep learning various techniques. There are so many books on the subject. The salon is adequately warm, but Martina's hands were really cold when she first touched me, and that is a no-no. I told her. Hopefully she will never do it again. The music was a typical massage salon music, really, really monotonous and irritating. It is virtually impossible to complain about this during the course of massage, as one keeps hoping it might change... But salons should always ask if the client likes the music, otherwise it is very irritating.
All in all, the value was good and the treatment brought some relief to my sore muscles, though this hasn't lasted, of course.

Highly recommend Martina for massage and waxing. She uses Lycon wax, which I found very suitable and gentle on my sensitive skin. I have had waxing appointments in the past in other places that have left me red and sore, due to a combination of poor technique and poor quality of wax. No such problems here - my skin felt soft and fabulous after the treatment.
The leg massage was also good and hit all the right pain points. Martina is very friendly and chatty and she checked with me regularly if the pressure she was applying was appropriate.
I am sure I will be back again to see Martina and get one or more of her fabulous treatments soon.

Martina was very friendly and I immediately felt at ease - it was my first Brazilian wax - and she did a brilliant job. I was extremely pleased with the level of service, the results afterwards, her professionalism and how she worked,
She is a lovely beautician and I would recommend her to my friends, should they consider getting a Brazilian or Hollywood wax.
However, I was not aware that she only takes payment in cash, so perhaps that should be made more obvious on Treatwell or when your booking details come through.
Secondly, I also had my upper lip threaded. As someone who has been doing this for many years, I wasn't as impressed with the results here. She left a lot of hair and it wasn't done as well or as clean as it could have/how I expect threading to be done.
Other than that, Martina is very friendly, well qualified, great at waxing and making customers feel at ease. Thank you; I will be coming again for a wax but not for threading services.
