Booked my appointment through Treatwell. 2 hours before my treatment I was told I couldn’t have my appointment as she was fully booked. I replied to the message asking to reschedule and was completely ignored.

Martina was lovely and accommodating. The site is still listing hot wax for legs and this is not the case - it is “impossible” and not available, according to Martina. This app needs to be updated. My hot wax bikini line was mainly strip wax which was not what I paid for. The excuse that the hot wax was not getting the hair out was a poor one. I have never had this problem before.
It is a shame that detail such as this lets down the overall service as Martina is a lovely person and good at what she does. There was a patch of hair missed on my legs due to the poor lighting, not Martina’s technique. There’s lots of small points to improve here and, if it’s done, then this would be a great place to go.
