Been here before and hoped it had improved but it has got worse, the flooring is mouldy and smells weird, completely inappropriate to have any sort of treatment in such awful conditions, very glad I did not end up booking a massage because I would have not been able to enjoy it in such an unclean space. The only positive was Latesha who done my wax, she was kind and reassuring and tried to be quick given my concerns around the hygiene. I hope they can make the space more hygienic.
