First of all I messed up on the booking as I thought I could use my voucher to pay in store so I had to cancel & rebook for another day but Martina was very understanding & even though she missed out on her time, there was no charge. Her room is within a tanning salon so the ambience isn’t like a spa but it was clean, neat & tidy & quiet.
