I’m writing this and its a tough one because I didnt speak up whilst getting the treatments more out of feeling awkward but the massage and facial I had was not something id want to relive. I didnt realise this was actually on the shopfloor of the tanning salon so partially my own fault which meant it was very noisy and the massage itself wasn’t very relaxing instead it was more like a Sports massage. The facial i dont feel like was worth the money and i came in with no active spots and left with huge lumps where my skin was being squeezed so hard for over 20 mins. My face is still on fire! I wanted to just get out as soon as possible but unfortunately however nice the beautican was I dont think this is a luxurious experience worth £85. Im now trying to calm my skin by applying ice and im noticing there wasnt even a moisturiser applied after the facial nor did i have a face mask

There was no Aroma in my aromatherapy massage. There was no background ambient music or smells in the room. Bog standard oil was plonked on my skin, which was a shock as it was cold! I was not asked what aromatherapy I wanted, which would explain why there were no essential oils used. All I could hear were people talking and sun beds in use. The masseur had no technique and each side of me had a different style, which was mainly putting her weight on 2 points of my back over and over.
