I have high standards for massage, so disregard this review if you're not fussy. Louise was super friendly & welcoming, but seemed afraid of hurting me & therefore lacked pressure. I asked 4 times to get the right pressure & even then it wavered. She never checked if adjustments were adequate. The overall setting was nice, although I didn't like the music & could hear a radio playing too. For me, technique is everything & Louise's lack of confidence impacted that, so I won't be going back.
