I booked a deluxe microdermabrasion but once we began I was told she couldn’t do it as she was missing a piece of the equipment - we continued with a normal facial, which was lovely, but with no extractions which didn’t help with the congestion in my skin. I did get a nice massage of the head/feet/hands though! Louise was lovely, and very apologetic for the mixup but have still not heard from the manager to rectify as promised. Not a very relaxing atmosphere as it’s also a sunbed shop.
