If you get Martin’s female colleague you will not be disappointed, she is attentive and always does a great job and exceeds the £14 haircut - if you get Martin, I wouldn’t pay more than £5 for it. He cuts it as if he’s bored and barely paying attention to what he’s doing and the result is a badly done haircut, with no precision over what has been asked.
Martin cut my 12 year old daughters hair - it’s an easy cut, she has long straight hair. He offered to blow dry it and that was all fine until the end of the appointment when he charged me £10 for drying her hair. I queried it as he didn’t mention this when he offered to dry it. He acknowledged that he didn’t tell me but still charged me. The salon was a bit unkempt and he didn’t offer any drinks. Also discussed locals private business which I thought was very unprofessional.
