I wasnt given the right massage because the hot stone machine broke. They offered me a free one next time though which is nice

The masseuse was absolutely lovely. Gave me a great hot stone massage and was so friendly and professional at the same time. Would recommend to everyone! Great service and very relaxing time :)

I'd never been before despite working in the area for a number of years. I remember visiting the actual gym years ago and the possibility there would be someone tranquil and luxurious at a decent price in the building seemed a little ambitious. But I am delighted to report I was completely wrong. The Spa Manager was utterly lovely, ex Harrods, and clearly loves what she does and made me feel so welcome and relaxed despite being a new customer. Great service and introduction to Marshall St Spa, I would recommend to anyone working near by as it's extremely good value for money considering the service quality and care.
